A classic Italian pasta dish made with garlic, olive oil, and a hint of chili. Perfect for a quick dinner!

Ingredients:
- Spaghetti - 200g
- Olive oil - 4 tablespoons
- Garlic - 4 cloves, thinly sliced
- Red chili flakes - 1 teaspoon
- Fresh parsley - a handful, chopped
- Salt - to taste
- Parmesan cheese (optional) - for serving
Instructions:
1. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil and cook the spaghetti according to package instructions until al dente.
2. While the pasta is cooking, heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
3. Add the sliced garlic to the skillet and sauté until golden brown, being careful not to burn it.
4. Stir in the red chili flakes and cook for an additional minute.
5. Once the pasta is done, reserve about 1 cup of the pasta water, then drain the spaghetti.
6. Add the drained spaghetti to the skillet with the garlic and oil, tossing to coat the pasta thoroughly.
7. If the pasta seems dry, add a little reserved pasta water to achieve the desired consistency.
8. Remove from heat and stir in the chopped parsley.
9. Serve hot, topped with grated Parmesan cheese if desired.
