A classic Italian pasta dish made with garlic, olive oil, and chili flakes.

Ingredients:

- 200g spaghetti
- 4 cloves garlic, thinly sliced
- 60ml extra virgin olive oil
- 1 tsp red chili flakes
- Salt, to taste
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
- Grated Parmesan cheese (optional)

Instructions:

1. Cook the spaghetti in a large pot of salted boiling water until al dente, according to package instructions.
2. While the pasta cooks, heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
3. Add the sliced garlic and sauté until it becomes golden and fragrant, being careful not to burn it.
4. Stir in the red chili flakes and cook for an additional minute.
5. Once the spaghetti is cooked, reserve a cup of pasta water and then drain the pasta.
6. Add the drained spaghetti to the skillet with the garlic and oil mixture.
7. Toss well to combine, adding reserved pasta water a little at a time to create a light sauce.
8. Season with salt to taste and garnish with chopped parsley and Parmesan cheese, if desired.
9. Serve immediately and enjoy!
