A classic Italian pasta dish made with garlic, olive oil, and chili flakes. Perfect for a quick and flavorful meal.

Ingredients:
- 200g spaghetti
- 4 cloves garlic, thinly sliced
- 60ml extra virgin olive oil
- 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes
- Salt, to taste
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
- Grated Parmesan cheese (optional)
Instructions:
1. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the spaghetti and cook according to package instructions until al dente. Reserve ½ cup of pasta water, then drain the spaghetti.
2. In a large skillet over medium heat, add the olive oil and garlic slices. Sauté the garlic until golden and fragrant, about 2 minutes. Be careful not to burn it.
3. Stir in the red pepper flakes and a pinch of salt.
4. Add the drained spaghetti to the skillet and toss to coat with the garlic oil. If the pasta seems dry, add a splash of reserved pasta water.
5. Remove from heat and garnish with fresh parsley and grated Parmesan cheese if desired.
6. Serve immediately and enjoy your meal!
