Description: A classic Italian pasta dish made with garlic, olive oil, and chili flakes.

Ingredients:
- 200g spaghetti
- 4 cloves garlic, thinly sliced
- 60ml extra virgin olive oil
- 1 tsp red chili flakes (adjust to taste)
- Salt, to taste
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
- Grated Parmesan cheese (optional)
Instructions:
1. Boil a pot of salted water and cook the spaghetti according to package instructions until al dente. Reserve about 1 cup of pasta water, then drain the spaghetti.
2. In a large skillet over medium heat, add the olive oil and sliced garlic. Sauté for 2-3 minutes until the garlic is golden but not burnt.
3. Add the red chili flakes to the skillet and stir for another 30 seconds.
4. Add the drained spaghetti to the skillet, tossing it with the garlic oil. If the pasta seems dry, add a little reserved pasta water until you reach your desired consistency.
5. Season with salt to taste and toss in the chopped parsley.
6. Serve hot, garnished with grated Parmesan cheese if desired.
