A simple and classic Italian pasta dish made with garlic, olive oil, and chili flakes. Perfect for a quick weeknight dinner!Preparation Time: 20 minutes

Ingredients:
- 200g spaghetti- 4 cloves garlic, thinly sliced
- 60ml extra virgin olive oil
- 1 teaspoon red chili flakes
- Salt, to taste
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
- Grated Parmesan cheese (optional)
Instructions:
1. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add spaghetti and cook according to package instructions until al dente. Reserve 1/2 cup of pasta water, then drain the spaghetti.2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add the sliced garlic and sauté until golden brown, about 2 minutes.
3. Add the red chili flakes and cook for another 30 seconds to release their flavor.
4. Add the drained spaghetti to the skillet, tossing to combine. If the pasta seems dry, add a little reserved pasta water until you reach your desired consistency.
5. Season with salt to taste. Serve hot, garnished with chopped parsley and grated Parmesan cheese if desired.
