Spaghetti Aglio e Olio

A simple and delicious Italian pasta dish made with garlic, olive oil, and chili flakes. Preparation Time: 20 minutes

Ingredients:
- 200g spaghetti - 4 cloves garlic, thinly sliced
- 60ml extra-virgin olive oil
- 1 tsp red chili flakes
- Salt, to taste
- Fresh parsley, chopped, for garnish
- Grated Parmesan cheese, optional
Instructions:
1. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the spaghetti and cook according to package instructions until al dente. Reserve 1 cup of pasta water, then drain the spaghetti. 2. In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the sliced garlic and sauté until golden brown, being careful not to burn it.
3. Add the red chili flakes and stir for about 30 seconds.
4. Toss the drained spaghetti in the skillet with the garlic oil. If the pasta seems dry, add a little reserved pasta water to loosen it.
5. Season with salt to taste and mix well.
6. Remove from heat and garnish with fresh parsley and grated Parmesan cheese, if desired.
7. Serve immediately and enjoy!
