A classic Italian pasta dish made with garlic, olive oil, and chili flakes.

Ingredients:
- Spaghetti: 200g
- Olive oil: 4 tablespoons
- Garlic: 4 cloves, thinly sliced
- Red chili flakes: 1 teaspoon
- Fresh parsley: 2 tablespoons, chopped
- Salt: to taste
- Grated Parmesan cheese (optional): for serving
Instructions:
1. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the spaghetti and cook according to package instructions until al dente. Reserve 1/2 cup of pasta water, then drain the spaghetti.
2. In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the sliced garlic and sauté until it turns golden brown, about 2 minutes. Be careful not to burn it.
3. Add the red chili flakes to the skillet and stir for about 30 seconds.
4. Add the drained spaghetti to the skillet, tossing to combine. If the pasta seems dry, add a little reserved pasta water.
5. Remove from heat and stir in the chopped parsley and salt to taste.
6. Serve immediately, topped with grated Parmesan cheese if desired.
