Description: A simple and classic Italian pasta dish made with garlic, olive oil, and chili flakes.

Ingredients:
- 200g spaghetti
- 4 cloves garlic, thinly sliced
- 60ml extra virgin olive oil
- 1 tsp red chili flakes
- Salt, to taste
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
- Grated Parmesan cheese (optional)
Instructions:
1. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil and cook the spaghetti according to package instructions until al dente. Reserve 1 cup of pasta water, then drain the spaghetti.
2. In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat.
3. Add the sliced garlic and red chili flakes to the skillet and sauté until the garlic is golden brown, about 2 minutes. Be careful not to burn the garlic.
4. Add the drained spaghetti to the skillet and toss to combine with the garlic and oil.
5. If the pasta seems dry, gradually add reserved pasta water until the desired consistency is reached.
6. Season with salt to taste and toss in the chopped parsley.
7. Serve immediately, topped with grated Parmesan cheese if desired.
