A quick and flavorful Italian pasta dish made with garlic, olive oil, and chili flakes.

Serving Size: 2 servings
Ingredients:
- 200g spaghetti
- 4 cloves of garlic, thinly sliced
- 60ml extra virgin olive oil
- 1 teaspoon red chili flakes
- Salt, to taste
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
- Grated Parmesan cheese (optional)
Instructions:
1. Cook the spaghetti in a large pot of salted boiling water according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and reserve some pasta water.
2. In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat.
3. Add the sliced garlic and sauté until golden brown, being careful not to burn it.
4. Stir in the red chili flakes and cook for an additional minute.
5. Add the drained spaghetti to the skillet and toss to coat in the garlic oil. If the pasta seems dry, add a splash of reserved pasta water.
6. Season with salt to taste.
7. Serve hot, garnished with chopped parsley and grated Parmesan cheese if desired.
