A classic Italian pasta dish made with garlic, olive oil, and chili flakes.

Ingredients:
- Spaghetti (200g)
- Olive oil (4 tablespoons)
- Garlic (4 cloves, thinly sliced)
- Red chili flakes (1 teaspoon)
- Fresh parsley (a handful, chopped)
- Salt (to taste)
- Parmesan cheese (optional, for serving)
Instructions:
1. Cook the spaghetti in salted boiling water according to package instructions until al dente. Reserve 1/2 cup of the pasta water, then drain the spaghetti.
2. In a large pan, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the sliced garlic and sauté until golden but not burnt.
3. Stir in the red chili flakes and cook for another 30 seconds.
4. Add the drained spaghetti to the pan, tossing it in the garlic oil mixture.
5. If the pasta seems dry, add a little reserved pasta water until desired consistency is reached.
6. Season with salt and toss in the chopped parsley.
7. Serve immediately, garnished with Parmesan cheese if desired.
