A classic Italian pasta dish made with garlic, olive oil, and chili flakes.

Ingredients:
- 200g spaghetti
- 4 cloves garlic, sliced
- 60ml olive oil
- 1 teaspoon red chili flakes
- Salt, to taste
- Fresh parsley, chopped, for garnish
- Grated Parmesan cheese (optional)
Instructions:
1. Cook the spaghetti in a large pot of salted boiling water according to package instructions until al dente. Reserve 1 cup of pasta water, then drain the spaghetti.
2. In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the sliced garlic and sauté until golden and fragrant, about 2-3 minutes.
3. Stir in the red chili flakes and cook for another 30 seconds. Be careful not to burn the garlic.
4. Add the drained spaghetti to the skillet and toss well to coat in the garlic oil. If the pasta seems dry, gradually add some reserved pasta water until desired consistency is reached.
5. Season with salt to taste and remove from heat.
6. Serve immediately, garnished with fresh parsley and grated Parmesan cheese, if desired.
