Description: A classic Italian pasta dish made with garlic, olive oil, and a hint of red pepper flakes.

Ingredients:

- 200g spaghetti
- 4 cloves garlic, thinly sliced
- 60ml extra virgin olive oil
- 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes
- Salt (to taste)
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
- Grated Parmesan cheese (optional)

Instructions:

1. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil and cook the spaghetti according to package instructions until al dente.
2. While the pasta is cooking, heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
3. Add the sliced garlic to the skillet and sauté until golden brown, being careful not to burn it.
4. Stir in the red pepper flakes and cook for an additional 30 seconds.
5. Once the spaghetti is done, reserve a cup of pasta water and then drain the spaghetti.
6. Add the drained spaghetti to the skillet with the garlic oil. Toss to coat the pasta evenly. If the pasta seems dry, add a bit of reserved pasta water.
7. Season with salt to taste and garnish with chopped parsley and grated Parmesan cheese if desired.
8. Serve immediately and enjoy!
