A simple and flavorful Italian pasta dish made with garlic, olive oil, and chili flakes.

Ingredients:
- 200g spaghetti
- 4 cloves garlic, thinly sliced
- 60ml extra virgin olive oil
- 1 teaspoon red chili flakes
- Salt, to taste
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
- Grated Parmesan cheese (optional)
Instructions:
1. Bring a pot of salted water to a boil and cook the spaghetti according to package instructions until al dente.
2. While the pasta is cooking, heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
3. Add the sliced garlic and sauté until it turns golden, being careful not to burn it.
4. Stir in the red chili flakes and cook for an additional 30 seconds.
5. Once the spaghetti is cooked, reserve a cup of pasta water and drain the pasta.
6. Toss the drained spaghetti into the skillet with the garlic oil, adding reserved pasta water a little at a time to create a sauce.
7. Season with salt and mix well.
8. Remove from heat and garnish with chopped parsley and grated Parmesan cheese if desired.
9. Serve immediately and enjoy your meal!
