A classic Italian pasta dish with garlic, olive oil, and a hint of chili.

Ingredients:
- 200g spaghetti
- 4 cloves garlic, thinly sliced
- 60ml extra virgin olive oil
- 1 teaspoon red chili flakes
- Salt, to taste
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
- Grated Parmesan cheese (optional)
Instructions:
1. Cook the spaghetti in a large pot of salted boiling water according to package instructions until al dente. Reserve 1/2 cup of pasta water, then drain the spaghetti.
2. In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the sliced garlic and sauté until golden brown, about 2 minutes.
3. Add the red chili flakes and cook for an additional 30 seconds, being careful not to burn the garlic.
4. Toss the cooked spaghetti into the skillet, adding reserved pasta water a little at a time to create a light sauce.
5. Season with salt to taste and mix well.
6. Remove from heat and garnish with fresh parsley and grated Parmesan cheese if desired.
7. Serve immediately and enjoy!
