Spaghetti Aglio e Olio

*Simple, flavorful pasta dish ready in 20 minutes. Serves 2.*Ingredients:
- 200g spaghetti
- 4 garlic cloves, thinly sliced
- 60ml extra virgin olive oil
- 1 tsp red pepper flakes
- Salt, to taste
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
- Grated Parmesan cheese (optional)
Instructions:
1. Cook the spaghetti in a large pot of salted boiling water according to package instructions until al dente. Reserve 1 cup of pasta water, then drain the spaghetti.
2. In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the sliced garlic and red pepper flakes, cooking until the garlic is golden brown, about 2-3 minutes.
3. Add the drained spaghetti to the skillet and toss to coat in the oil and garlic. If needed, add reserved pasta water a little at a time to achieve desired consistency.
4. Season with salt to taste, and toss in fresh parsley.
5. Serve immediately, garnished with grated Parmesan cheese if desired.
