Description: A simple and classic Italian pasta dish made with garlic, olive oil, and chili flakes.

Ingredients:
- 200g spaghetti
- 4 cloves garlic, thinly sliced
- 1/4 cup extra-virgin olive oil
- 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes
- Salt, to taste
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
- Grated Parmesan cheese (optional)
Instructions:
1. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil and cook the spaghetti according to package instructions until al dente.
2. While the pasta cooks, heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
3. Add the sliced garlic to the skillet and sauté until golden brown, about 2 minutes. Be careful not to burn the garlic.
4. Stir in the red pepper flakes and cook for another 30 seconds.
5. Once the spaghetti is cooked, reserve 1/2 cup of pasta water, then drain the spaghetti.
6. Add the drained spaghetti to the skillet with the garlic oil, tossing to combine. If the pasta looks dry, add a bit of the reserved pasta water.
7. Season with salt to taste and garnish with chopped parsley and grated Parmesan cheese, if desired.
8. Serve immediately and enjoy your delicious Spaghetti Aglio e Olio!
