Ingredients:
- Spaghetti (200g)
- Olive oil (4 tablespoons)
- Garlic (4 cloves, thinly sliced)
- Red pepper flakes (1 teaspoon)
- Fresh parsley (a handful, chopped)
- Salt (to taste)

3. Add the red pepper flakes and cook for another 30 seconds.
4. Toss the drained spaghetti into the skillet, and mix well to coat the pasta in the garlic oil.
5. If the mixture seems dry, add reserved pasta water a little at a time until the desired consistency is achieved.

7. Serve hot, topped with grated Parmesan cheese if desired.
