A classic Italian pasta dish made with garlic, olive oil, and chili flakes.

Ingredients:
- Spaghetti - 200g
- Olive oil - 4 tablespoons
- Garlic - 4 cloves, thinly sliced
- Red chili flakes - 1 teaspoon
- Fresh parsley - 2 tablespoons, chopped
- Salt - to taste
- Parmesan cheese - for serving (optional)
Instructions:
1. Cook the spaghetti in a large pot of salted boiling water according to package instructions until al dente.
2. While the pasta is cooking, heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
3. Add the sliced garlic and sauté until golden brown, about 2 minutes.
4. Stir in the red chili flakes and cook for an additional minute.
5. Once the pasta is cooked, reserve 1/2 cup of pasta water and then drain the spaghetti.
6. Add the drained spaghetti to the skillet with the garlic and oil.
7. Toss the pasta in the oil, adding reserved pasta water as needed to coat the spaghetti evenly.
8. Stir in the chopped parsley and season with salt to taste.
9. Serve hot, topped with grated Parmesan cheese if desired.
