A classic Italian pasta dish made with garlic, olive oil, and chili flakes, ready in just 15 minutes.

Ingredients:
- 200g spaghetti
- 4 cloves garlic, thinly sliced
- 60ml extra virgin olive oil
- 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes
- Salt, to taste
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
- Grated Parmesan cheese (optional)
Instructions:
1. Boil a large pot of salted water and cook the spaghetti according to package instructions until al dente. Reserve 1 cup of pasta water, then drain the spaghetti.
2. In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the sliced garlic and sauté until golden brown, about 1-2 minutes.
3. Add the red pepper flakes and stir for about 30 seconds to release the flavors.
4. Add the drained spaghetti to the skillet, tossing to combine with the garlic oil. If the pasta seems dry, add a little reserved pasta water.
5. Season with salt to taste and toss again.
6. Serve immediately, garnished with chopped parsley and grated Parmesan cheese if desired.
