Preparation Time: 20 minutes
Serving Size: 2 servings

Ingredients:

- 200g spaghetti
- 4 cloves garlic, thinly sliced
- 1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
- 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes
- Salt, to taste
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
- Grated Parmesan cheese (optional)

Instructions:

1. Boil a pot of salted water and cook the spaghetti according to package instructions until al dente. Reserve 1/2 cup of pasta water, then drain the spaghetti.

3. Add the drained spaghetti to the skillet, tossing to coat in the garlic oil. If the pasta seems dry, add a little reserved pasta water until desired consistency is reached.
4. Season with salt to taste and toss in chopped parsley.
5. Serve hot, garnished with additional parsley and grated Parmesan cheese if desired.
