A classic Italian pasta dish made with garlic, olive oil, and a hint of spice.

Serving Size: 2 servings
Ingredients:
- 200g spaghetti
- 4 cloves garlic, thinly sliced
- 60ml extra virgin olive oil
- 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes
- Salt, to taste
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
- Grated Parmesan cheese (optional)
Instructions:
1. Cook the spaghetti according to package instructions in salted boiling water until al dente. Reserve 1/2 cup of pasta water, then drain the pasta.
2. In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the sliced garlic and sauté until golden brown, about 2-3 minutes.
3. Add red pepper flakes and stir for another 30 seconds.
4. Toss the drained spaghetti into the skillet along with the reserved pasta water. Mix well to combine and heat through.
5. Season with salt to taste and remove from heat.
6. Garnish with chopped parsley and serve with grated Parmesan cheese if desired.
