A classic Italian pasta dish that is quick to prepare and bursting with flavor.

Ingredients:
- 200g spaghetti
- 4 cloves garlic, thinly sliced
- 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- Salt, to taste
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
- Grated Parmesan cheese (optional)
Instructions:
1. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil and cook the spaghetti according to package instructions until al dente.
2. While the pasta cooks, heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
3. Add the sliced garlic and red pepper flakes to the skillet, sautéing for 2-3 minutes until the garlic is golden but not burnt.
4. Once the spaghetti is cooked, reserve a cup of pasta water, then drain the pasta.
5. Add the drained spaghetti to the skillet, tossing to coat in the garlic oil. If the pasta seems dry, add a little reserved pasta water to reach desired consistency.
6. Season with salt to taste and toss again.
7. Remove from heat and garnish with chopped parsley and Parmesan cheese if desired.
8. Serve immediately and enjoy your delicious Spaghetti Aglio e Olio!
