A classic Italian pasta dish made with garlic, olive oil, and chili flakes.

Ingredients:
- Spaghetti - 200g
- Olive oil - 4 tablespoons
- Garlic - 4 cloves, thinly sliced
- Red chili flakes - 1 teaspoon
- Fresh parsley - 2 tablespoons, chopped
- Salt - to taste
- Parmesan cheese - for serving (optional)
Instructions:
1. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the spaghetti and cook according to the package instructions until al dente. Reserve 1 cup of pasta water, then drain the spaghetti.
2. In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the sliced garlic and sauté until fragrant and golden, about 2 minutes. Be careful not to burn the garlic.
3. Add the red chili flakes to the skillet and stir for another 30 seconds.
4. Add the drained spaghetti to the skillet, tossing to coat in the garlic oil. If the pasta seems dry, add a bit of the reserved pasta water until desired consistency is reached.
5. Stir in the chopped parsley and season with salt to taste.
6. Serve immediately, topped with grated Parmesan cheese if desired.
