A classic Italian pasta dish made with garlic, olive oil, and a hint of chili.

Ingredients:
- 200g spaghetti
- 4 cloves garlic, thinly sliced
- 60ml extra virgin olive oil
- 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes
- Salt, to taste
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
- Grated Parmesan cheese (optional)
Instructions:
1. Boil a large pot of salted water and cook the spaghetti according to package instructions until al dente. Reserve 1/2 cup of the pasta water, then drain the pasta.
2. In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the sliced garlic and cook until it is golden brown, about 2-3 minutes.
3. Add the red pepper flakes and stir for an additional 30 seconds.
4. Add the cooked spaghetti to the skillet and toss to combine, adding reserved pasta water as needed to achieve desired consistency.
5. Season with salt to taste and garnish with chopped parsley.
6. Serve hot, with grated Parmesan cheese on the side if desired.
