A classic Italian pasta dish that's quick and easy to prepare, featuring garlic, olive oil, and a touch of chili.
Preparation Time: 20 minutes
Serving Size: 2 servings

Recipe:

- 200g spaghetti
- 4 cloves garlic, thinly sliced
- 60ml extra virgin olive oil
- 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes
- Salt, to taste
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
- Grated Parmesan cheese (optional)

Instructions:

1. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil and cook the spaghetti according to package instructions until al dente.
2. While the pasta cooks, heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
3. Add the sliced garlic to the skillet and sauté until golden brown, about 2-3 minutes. Be careful not to burn it.
4. Stir in the red pepper flakes and cook for an additional 30 seconds.
5. Drain the spaghetti, reserving about 1/2 cup of pasta water.
6. Add the drained spaghetti to the skillet with the garlic oil, tossing to combine. If needed, add a little reserved pasta water to help coat the pasta.
