A simple Italian pasta dish made with garlic, olive oil, and chili flakes. Perfect for a quick dinner!

Ingredients:
- 200g spaghetti
- 4 cloves garlic, thinly sliced
- 60ml extra virgin olive oil
- 1 teaspoon red chili flakes
- Salt, to taste
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
- Grated Parmesan cheese (optional)
Instructions:
1. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the spaghetti and cook according to package instructions until al dente. Reserve 1/2 cup of pasta water, then drain the spaghetti.
2. In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the sliced garlic and sauté until golden, about 2 minutes.
3. Stir in the red chili flakes and cook for an additional minute.
4. Add the drained spaghetti to the skillet, tossing to coat in the garlic oil. If the pasta seems dry, add a little reserved pasta water to achieve the desired consistency.
5. Season with salt to taste and toss in fresh parsley.
6. Serve hot, topped with grated Parmesan cheese if desired.
