A classic Italian pasta dish with garlic and olive oil.

Ingredients:
- 200g spaghetti
- 4 cloves garlic, thinly sliced
- 60ml extra virgin olive oil
- 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes
- Salt, to taste
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
- Grated Parmesan cheese (optional)
Instructions:
1. Boil a large pot of salted water and cook the spaghetti according to package instructions until al dente.
2. While the pasta cooks, heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
3. Add the sliced garlic and red pepper flakes to the skillet, cooking until the garlic is golden and fragrant, about 2-3 minutes.
4. Once the spaghetti is cooked, reserve 1/2 cup of pasta water, then drain the spaghetti.
5. Add the drained spaghetti to the skillet with the garlic oil and toss to coat, adding reserved pasta water as needed to create a sauce.
6. Season with salt to taste and garnish with chopped parsley and grated Parmesan cheese, if desired.
7. Serve immediately and enjoy!
