Serving Size: 4 servings
Ingredients:
- 1 tsp dried chili flakes
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 500 g ground pork and beef mixture
- 300 g spaghetti
- 2 celery stalks
- 1 carrot
- 1 onion
- 5 slices of smoked bacon
- 1 tbsp butter
- 1 tbsp Parmesan cheese
- 1 can peeled tomatoes
- Red wine or beef broth (to taste)
Instructions:
1. Chop the onion, carrot, celery, and bacon into small pieces.
2. Heat the butter in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the bacon and cook until crispy.
3. Add the chopped vegetables (onion, carrot, celery) to the bacon and sauté for about 5 minutes until softened.
4. Add the ground meat and cook until browned.
5. Season the mixture with dried chili flakes, salt, and pepper.
6. Add the peeled tomatoes and red wine or beef broth. Let it simmer on low heat for about 15 minutes.
7. Cook the spaghetti according to package instructions. Drain and mix it with the sauce.
8. Serve the dish topped with Parmesan cheese.
