Ingredients:
- 1 package of Pollock fillets
- Soy flour
- Salt
- White pepper
- Lemon
Instructions:
1. Allow the fish to thaw slightly at room temperature.
2. Cut the fish into four pieces.
3. Dredge the fish pieces in soy flour until fully coated.
4. Sprinkle salt and white pepper on top to taste.
5. Heat a frying pan and add a little oil.
6. Fry the fish pieces in the pan until crispy and golden brown on both sides.
7. Serve the fish pieces with lemon wedges.
