Ingredients
- 1 can tomato paste - Blue cheese or Emmental cheese, grated (to taste)
- A pinch of allspice
- Garlic (to taste)
- 1 can light thick cooking cream
- 1 bell pepper, sliced
- A pinch of salt
- A pinch of pepper seasoning
- 1 can sour cream
- 400 g unseasoned chicken strips
Instructions
1. Sauté the chicken strips and bell pepper in a pan over medium heat until the chicken is golden brown. 2. Add garlic to the pan and mix well.
3. Stir in the tomato paste, sour cream, and cooking cream. Combine the ingredients thoroughly.
4. Add the grated cheese and season with allspice, salt, and pepper seasoning.
5. Let the stew simmer on low heat for about 10-15 minutes, until heated through and flavors melded.
