Ingredients:
- 4 large tortillas
- 400 g chicken breast
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp paprika powder
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 red bell pepper, sliced
- 1 green bell pepper, sliced
- 1/2 red onion, thinly sliced
- 1 cup shredded cheese (e.g., cheddar)
- 1 cup salsa
- Fresh cilantro for garnish (optional)
Instructions:
1. Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat. Add chicken breast and season with paprika powder, garlic powder, cayenne pepper, salt, and pepper. Cook chicken for about 7-10 minutes until cooked through and golden brown. Slice the chicken into strips.
2. Add the sliced bell peppers and red onion to the pan. Sauté for a few more minutes until the vegetables are soft but still crisp.
3. Warm the tortillas on a pan or in the microwave.
4. Fill the tortillas with chicken strips, sautéed vegetables, shredded cheese, and salsa.
5. Roll the tortillas tightly and place them on a serving plate. Garnish with fresh cilantro if desired.
