Ingredients:
- 400 g Finnish sausage (siskonmakkara)- 1 liter beef broth
- 4 potatoes
- 2 carrots
- 1 onion
- 2 garlic cloves
- 100 g frozen peas
- 1 tablespoon oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions:
1. Peel and chop the potatoes and carrots.2. Finely chop the onion and garlic.
3. Heat the oil in a pot and sauté the onions and garlic until golden brown.
4. Add the potatoes and carrots to the pot and cook for a few minutes.
5. Pour the beef broth into the pot and boil until the vegetables are tender.
6. Squeeze the Finnish sausage into a dough-like mixture and shape into small balls.
7. Add the sausage balls to the soup and cook for an additional 10 minutes.
8. Stir in the peas and season with salt and pepper.
9. Serve hot, garnished with fresh parsley.
