Ingredients

- ½ dl sweet chili sauce
- 6 potatoes
- 1 pack of mixed soup vegetables (200 g)
- 1.5 liters of water
- 2 shallots
- 400 g siskonmakkara (Finnish sausage)
- 2 vegetable broth cubes
- 1.5 tsp garlic herb mix
- 1 tsp garlic powder or 1 clove of fresh garlic
- 2 bay leaves
- 10 allspice berries

Instructions

1. Peel and chop the potatoes and shallots.
2. Place the chopped potatoes and shallots in a pot. Add the sweet chili sauce, mixed soup vegetables, spices (vegetable broth cubes, garlic herb mix, garlic powder, bay leaves, and allspice berries), and water.
3. Heat the mixture over medium heat until it begins to boil.
4. Add the siskonmakkarat to the pot and simmer on low heat for about 30 minutes, until the potatoes are tender.
5. Check the flavor and add salt or other seasonings if necessary.
6. Serve hot.
