A delicious and filling dish perfect for both everyday meals and special occasions. Preparation time is about 30 minutes, serving size is 4.Ingredients:
- 500 g ground beef
- 1 large onion
- 1 egg
- 1 dl breadcrumbs
- 1 dl milk
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 tbsp oil for frying
- Parsley (optional)
Instructions:
1. Peel and finely chop the onion.
2. Heat the oil in a pan and sauté the onion until it becomes soft.
3. Add the ground beef to the onion and cook until it is fully browned.
4. Transfer the mixture to a bowl and let it cool slightly.
5. Add the egg, breadcrumbs, and milk. Mix well.
6. Season with salt and pepper.
7. Shape the mixture into patties and fry them in oil on both sides until golden brown.
8. Serve warm, for example with potatoes and salad.
