Ingredients:
- ½ tsp sweetener (like Hermesetas) or sugar
- 1 silver onion, finely chopped
- 2 tbsp dark balsamic vinegar (Aceto Balsamico di Modena)
- 1 dl extra virgin olive oil
- ½ tsp salt
Instructions:
1. Combine all ingredients in a blender or mix them together with an immersion blender until smooth.
