Ingredients:
- 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil
- 1 cup of broccoli florets
- 1 cup of sliced bell peppers (any color)
- 1 cup of snap peas
- 1 cup of sliced carrots
- 3 cloves of garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons of soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon of sesame oil
- 1 teaspoon of ginger, minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Cooked rice or noodles (for serving)
Instructions:
1. Heat the vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
2. Add the minced garlic and ginger, sautéing for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
3. Add the sliced carrots and stir-fry for 2 minutes.
4. Add the broccoli, bell peppers, and snap peas. Stir-fry for an additional 4-5 minutes, until vegetables are tender-crisp.
5. Drizzle the soy sauce and sesame oil over the vegetables, tossing to coat evenly.
6. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
7. Serve hot over cooked rice or noodles.
