Ingredients:
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil - 1 bell pepper, sliced
- 1 cup broccoli florets
- 1 cup snap peas
- 1 carrot, sliced
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Cooked rice or noodles, for serving
Instructions:
1. Heat the vegetable oil in a large pan or wok over medium-high heat. 2. Add the sliced bell pepper, broccoli florets, snap peas, and sliced carrot. Stir-fry for about 5-7 minutes until the vegetables are tender-crisp.
3. Add the minced garlic and stir for another minute until fragrant.
4. Pour in the soy sauce and sesame oil, and mix well to coat the vegetables. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
5. Serve the stir-fry over cooked rice or noodles.
