Ingredients:
- 2 cups mixed vegetables (bell peppers, broccoli, carrots) - 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon ginger, grated
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Optional: Cooked rice or noodles for serving
Instructions:
1. Heat the vegetable oil in a large pan or wok over medium-high heat. 2. Add the minced garlic and grated ginger, sautéing for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
3. Add the mixed vegetables to the pan and stir-fry for about 5-7 minutes, or until they are tender-crisp.
4. Pour in the soy sauce and sesame oil, stirring to combine.
5. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Cook for an additional 1-2 minutes.
6. Serve hot over cooked rice or noodles if desired.
