A delicious herring sandwich featuring boiled eggs, cottage cheese, and herring in dill brine, bringing flavors straight from the sea. A quick and filling snack or brunch treat. Preparation Time: 15 minutes

Ingredients:
- 2 slices of bread
- 2 boiled eggs
- 100 g cottage cheese
- Butter or margarine
- 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 100 g herring (in dill brine)
- Lettuce leaves
Instructions:
1. Spread butter or margarine on the slices of bread.
2. Place lettuce leaves on one slice of bread.
3. Peel and slice the boiled eggs, then arrange them on top of the lettuce.
4. Add cottage cheese over the sliced eggs.
5. Spread mayonnaise on top of the cottage cheese.
6. Place the herring slices on top of the mayonnaise.
7. Cover with the other slice of bread and cut in half if desired.
