A refreshing and nutritious salad combining green beans, herring fillets, and potatoes. Perfect for lunch or a light dinner. Preparation Time: 20 minutes

Ingredients:
- 250 g green beans
- 0.5 tsp salt
- 1 tbsp butter or margarine
- 3 herring fillets
- 200 g cooked potatoes
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- Black pepper to taste
- Fresh dill for garnish
Instructions:
1. Boil the green beans in salted water for about 5 minutes, until tender yet crisp. Drain and cool in cold water.
2. Heat butter or margarine in a frying pan and add diced cooked potatoes. Sauté over low heat until the potatoes are slightly golden brown.
3. Cut the herring fillets into small pieces and add them to the pan with the potatoes. Stir gently.
4. Add the cooked green beans to the pan and season with lemon juice, black pepper, and additional salt if needed.
5. Mix all the ingredients well and let the salad sit for a moment before serving.
6. Garnish with fresh dill and serve immediately.
