Ingredients:

- 400 g beans (e.g., kidney beans or black beans)
- 1 red onion
- 1 bell pepper (e.g., red or yellow)
- 150 g cherry tomatoes
- 1 cucumber
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley (for garnish)

Instructions:

1. Rinse the beans thoroughly if using canned beans. Drain and transfer to a bowl.
2. Peel and finely chop the red onion. Add it to the bowl with the beans.
3. Dice the bell pepper, cherry tomatoes, and cucumber into small pieces and add them to the bowl.
4. Prepare the dressing by mixing the olive oil, balsamic vinegar, salt, and pepper. Pour the dressing over the salad and mix well.
5. Allow the salad to marinate for about 10 minutes before serving.
6. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
