A delicious and light herring and vegetable dish, perfect as a side or a light meal. Combine matjes fillets, eggs, and fresh vegetables in a tasty sour cream dressing. Preparation Time: 20 minutes

Ingredients
- 1 packet matjes fillets - 2 boiled eggs
- 1 small onion
- 1 cup sour cream
- 0.5 dl chopped dill
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
1. Cut the matjes fillets into bite-sized pieces and place them in a bowl. 2. Peel and chop the boiled eggs and onion. Add them to the bowl.
3. Mix the sour cream with the chopped dill and season with salt and pepper.
4. Pour the dressing over the ingredients in the bowl and mix well.
5. Allow to chill in the refrigerator for about 10 minutes before serving.
