A delicious and versatile dish perfect for both everyday meals and special occasions. Best served with toasted rye bread. Preparation Time: 15 minutes

Ingredients:
- 200 g pickled mushrooms
- 1 dl sour cream
- 1 dl yogurt
- 1 small onion
- 1 tbsp fresh dill
- Black pepper to taste
Instructions:
1. Soak the pickled mushrooms in plenty of water to remove excess salt, being careful not to make them too bland. Chop the drained mushrooms roughly with a knife.
2. In a bowl, combine all the ingredients and mix well.
3. Serve the salad with toasted rye bread.
