A delicious wild mushroom salad made from forest mushrooms, perfect as a side dish for many meals.
Preparation Time: 20 minutes
Serving Size: 4 servings
Ingredients:
- 2 dl wild mushrooms (canvas caps)
- 1/2 onion
- 1 clove garlic
- 5 black peppercorns
- 5 capers
- A pinch of Cajun seasoning
- Salt to taste
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar
Instructions:
1. Rinse and clean the canvas cap mushrooms thoroughly. Cut the mushrooms into smaller pieces.
2. Peel and chop the onion and garlic.
3. Heat the olive oil in a pan over medium heat. Add the onions and cook until they are soft.
4. Add the mushrooms to the pan and cook until they are tender and the moisture has evaporated.
5. Season the mushroom mixture with black pepper, capers, Cajun seasoning, and salt. Mix well.
6. Remove the pan from the heat and let it cool slightly.
7. In a bowl, combine the cooled mushroom mixture with balsamic vinegar. Allow it to marinate for a moment before serving.
