A rich and flavorful sauce made with fresh chanterelle mushrooms, perfect for pasta, potatoes, or meat. Preparation Time: 20 minutes
Serving Size: 4 servings
Ingredients:
- 300 g chanterelle mushrooms
- 1 onion
- 2 cloves garlic
- 2 dl cream
- 2 tbsp butter
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions:
1. Clean the chanterelles thoroughly and chop them into small pieces.
2. Peel and finely chop the onion and garlic.
3. Heat the butter in a pan over medium heat, then add the onion and garlic. Sauté until soft.
4. Add the chanterelles to the pan and cook until they are tender and the liquid has evaporated.
5. Pour in the cream and mix well. Let the sauce simmer on low heat for about 5-10 minutes.
6. Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
7. Serve the sauce over pasta, potatoes, or meat, and garnish with fresh parsley.
