A delicious and creamy pasta dish featuring chicken, fresh mushrooms, and capers. Perfect for a quick weeknight dinner!

Ingredients:
- 300 g pasta (such as spaghetti or fusilli)
- 400 g chicken breast fillets
- 200 g fresh mushrooms (such as button mushrooms or chanterelles)
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 dl cream
- 2 tbsp capers
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions:
1. Cook the pasta according to the package instructions in salted water and drain.
2. Cut the chicken breast into strips and sauté them in olive oil in a pan until golden brown.
3. Add the minced garlic and sliced mushrooms to the pan. Sauté until the mushrooms are tender.
4. Pour the cream into the pan and mix well. Add the capers, salt, and pepper.
5. Combine the cooked pasta with the sauce and stir to coat.
6. Serve the pasta garnished with fresh parsley. Enjoy!
