Ingredients:
- 400 g fresh shrimp
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- Juice of 1 lemon
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley, chopped
Instructions:
1. Heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
2. Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until golden brown.
3. Add the shrimp to the skillet and cook until they turn pink, about 3-4 minutes.
