Serving Size: 200 ml
Ingredients:
- 100 ml hot chili sauce
- 50 g butter
- 1 tbsp white wine vinegar
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 tsp paprika
Instructions:
1. Melt the butter in a saucepan over low heat.
2. Once melted, add the hot chili sauce and mix well.
3. Stir in the white wine vinegar, garlic powder, salt, black pepper, and paprika. Mix all ingredients thoroughly.
4. Heat the sauce over low heat for about 5 minutes until hot but not boiling.
5. Remove the saucepan from heat and serve immediately with Buffalo wings.
