A delightful assortment of Spanish cheeses, meats, and olives, perfect for sharing. Preparation Time: 15 minutes

Ingredients:
- 100 g Manchego cheese
- 100 g chorizo
- 100 g Serrano ham
- 1 dl olives (preferably green and black)
- 1 dl roasted nuts
- 1 baguette
- 2-3 ripe tomatoes
- Fresh basil
- Olive oil
Instructions:
1. Slice the Manchego cheese, chorizo, and Serrano ham into thin pieces.
2. Arrange the sliced cheese and meats beautifully on a serving platter.
3. Add the olives and roasted nuts to the platter.
4. Cut the baguette into slices and place them on the side.
5. Chop the ripe tomatoes and sprinkle them around the edge of the platter.
6. Garnish the platter with fresh basil and drizzle a bit of olive oil on top.
7. Serve the tapas platter with friends and enjoy the Spanish atmosphere!
