A simple and delicious mushroom salad that is a perfect side dish or a lighter meal.

Ingredients:
- 4 dl pickled mushrooms (e.g., chanterelles)
- 1 tub Bonjour Tatti-Herkkusieni cream cheese
- 2-3 tbsp sandwich pickle relish
- 2 tbsp honey
- 1 onion (finely chopped)
- 1 dl cream
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh herbs (e.g., parsley) for garnish
Instructions:
1. Rinse the pickled mushrooms under running water and drain well.
2. In a bowl, combine the pickled mushrooms, cream cheese, pickle relish, honey, and chopped onion.
3. Add the cream and mix until smooth. Season with salt and pepper.
4. Allow the salad to chill in the refrigerator for about 10 minutes before serving.
5. Garnish with fresh herbs before serving.
